Sales Tax Policy  Your total charges will include the item(s) you specify plus shipping. If the order is shipped within Connecticut State, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge.

Shipping All Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays. NOTE : If you have order on friday, your order will be shipped out next Monday or Tuesday. Business hours : Monday - Friday (09:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST)

Lost or Damaged Packages  Most packages reach their destination promptly and without incident, however sometimes a package is lost or damaged in transit. Penthouse Jewelry is not responsible for package lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. So, PiercedFish recommends insure your order for full merchandise value to ensure that you are protected to receive your money back on the item(s) purchased. If you have insure and your shipment is lost or damaged, you must contact the carrier that was used (please refer to your shipment confirmation email) and file a claim with the carrier indicated.

Undeliverable Package Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund (shipping cost cannot be refunded). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

Return Policy All return merchandise must be notified within 7 days of order receipt and must be accompanied by RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. There are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for BODY JEWELRY. Penthouse Jewelry is not responsible for replacement of jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing. We do not replace jewelry stripped or cracked by over-tightening. Damaged Acrylic balls from alcohol cleaning will not be replaced. Also, threaded balls on all jewelry should be checked often to make sure they have not come loose. An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is mandatory for all returned merchandise. If you receive a defective item due to a manufacturer defect it must be returned in ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGING with an RMA number provided from PiercedFish. Notification must be made within ONE WEEK of order receipt via help desk. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and the ITEM NUMBER of the jewelry piece in question when contacting. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without prior authorization or after 7 days period. Products must be returned COMPLETE and in SEALED PACKAGING. Additional charges for missing items may be assessed in the event of products being returned incomplete. We are not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise Your return number (RMA Number) must be marked clearly on the outside of the packaging. Please note, items received damaged, unsealed or not in new condition will not be honored. Your item will be replace and returned to you. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Delivery and shipping charges are not refunded.
